OnTime Express Logistics is a leading non-stop delivery partner, providing superior service for the final miles of the product transport. We go out of our way to deliver products OnTime and in the best condition possible. Our drivers are friendly and helpful, and remain in communication with customers throughout the delivery process. We offer four delivery service options for the convenience of customers.

Furniture Deluxing Service

OnTime Express Logistics offers its unique Furniture Deluxing Service, which provides an added step in ensuring the quality and integrity of products for the customer. With our one-of-a-kind specialty service, our agents will unwrap and unbox sofas, loveseats, home theater furnishings, dinette sets, patio furniture, bedroom sets and other ordered furniture products, and provide our five-point Prime Inspection. With Prime, we want to be sure the furniture looks perfect for the customer, and we evaluate for blemishes, dings, scratches, manufacturing defects and other damage. We include photography to show the customer that their order is perfect, and also use the images to coordinate any needed repairs or replacements with the manufacturer. Our technicians make minor repairs onsite, while pieces needing major repairs are returned to the manufacturer for replacement. Once the furniture passes our Prime Inspection, it is blanket wrapped to ensure it remains in pristine condition for delivery to the customer.

Retail Delivery

Our Retail Delivery Service features a two-person crew transporting products on behalf of the retailer. We coordinate same-day or advance scheduling with the customer in accordance with our three levels of service:

We provide delivery service to the driveway, garage, porch or front door that is virtually contactless, ensuring safety and protection without the need to be home to receive the delivery. Customers are alerted of the delivery via door knock, text or call.

Our Threshold service ensures delivery of orders inside the front door, entryway or garage, offering protection for the item from the weather.

If specified, Room of Choice drop off allows for our crew to deliver products into a specific room, including on the third floor or in the basement, as selected by the customer.

White Glove Service

Our White Glove Service gives the customers a more comprehensive option. White Glove refers to the meticulous attention and care provided with the delivery. Our specially trained delivery team leaves nothing for the customer to do but direct us to the room and watch as their purchase becomes part of the decor.

This white glove service option allows the customer to select the room of choice, and our team performs unpacking and setup as well as removal of trash and debris.

We take the White Glove Delivery service a step further. In addition to delivery, unboxing, and setup, our experienced team provides assembly services to ensure the product is set up and functioning as intended.

Air Freight

OnTime Express receives air freight shipments from manufacturers from all over the U.S. in partnership with NextGen Transport. We transport high commodity items from our secure warehouse, offering state-of-the-art security systems needed to protect your shipment prior to delivery.

Air freight services include shipping, tracking, and delivering various goods through Air Carrier services. This type of service is regulated by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and is the most secure method of shipping across the country. Shipping goods through this service requires high levels of security and we operate in accordance with TSA and FAA regulations. As an approved IAC (Indirect Air Carrier), OnTime serves on the approved vendor list for TSA, and we must pass periodic security checks to maintain clearance.

Each employee driver team member approved to handle Air freight have to undergo background checks provided by the TSA and are issued a STA badge number which is assigned to each member of the driver team. Specialized training is also required for these employees.

Our warehouse is required to be under heavy surveillance and we provide a secure area for staging and loading of all air freight shipments.
